This kit is the top of the line.   This kit is controlled by the Vari-Cool Digital Progressive Controller.  The controller is adjustable from 1-30 PSI, and handles up to 60 PSI of boost.  There is a Tune Knob, with 10 selections, on how aggressive or mild you want the injection to increase.  The Vari-Cool Controller is abolutely amazing.  If you are unfamiliar, you can read all of the details by clicking here.  The main difference that separates this kit from all of the others is that it is a Direct Port Quad Nozzle setup designed to be installed on four cylinder engines.  The benefit of Direct Port Injection is that it absolutely ensures that each cylinder is getting precisely the same amount of fluid.  This design is also beneficial because using multiple smaller injectors, versus one larger one, produces a much more atomized mist.   It also assures that the water/methanol is evenly dispersed into each individual cylinder, consistent cooling, anti-knock, even power, and cleaning for each individual cylinder.   Something that this kit includes that is crucial in importance is that each injector mount has its own individual Check Valve.  Since the injectors are mounted in the manifold, they will see severe vacuum.  Without a Check Valve, the vacuum will 'suck' a small amount of fluid through the injectors.  As the vacuum varies with throttle, the fluid will slowly replaced with air, even as far back as the pump in some cases.  If this happens, then when the injection system activates, it will have to push the air through the injectors before the fluid reaches them.  In some cases, this can take up to 30 seconds, which is obviously way too long.  With the Check Valves right at the injectors, the fluid is always right there too, ready to instantly be injected.

This kit allows for the most accurate tuning since each cylinder will be an exact match in relation to the injection, and also since the controller allows an infinite amount of possibilities for tuning.This kit can be (and all of our Kits can be) controlled by any Stand Alone or Piggy Back computer if they support water injection.

If you look at all of the other injection companies, you will notice almost all of them use the same silver Shurflo pump, ourselves included for our 100 psi pump.   We are upping the bar when it comes to pumps, by offering the only Shurlfo pump specifically designed for methanol/water injection.  It was redesigned from the inside out to offer several benefits, including:

• 150 PSI Pressure set directly by Shurflo at the factory.
• The only short stack motor design from Shurflo designed to output 150 PSI.
• Motor is even shorter, but is stronger, than their 100 psi short stack design.

Note:  While this pump is chemically compatible with a 100% alcohol mixture, Shurflo and Engine Runup recommend running a maximum mixture of 50/50.  The manufacturer of the pump (Shurflo) and Engine Runup will not be held liable for any engine fire that resultes from the mis-uses or malfunction of this pump.

 This kit comes with clampless tubing and fittings, so the install is much cleaner and show quality.
