Broad chemical, solvent, and corrosive atmospheric resistance with good dimensional stability makes polyethylene perfect for methanol and water injection.  The tubing is very inexpensive in relation to other tubing with the same properties.

Polyethylene is chemically inert. This allow it to be perfectly compatible with most alcohols, including methanol.  Polyurethane tubing’s flexibility and abrasion resistance make it the ideal choice for pick-and-place and other automation applications.  Features & benefits of polyurethane are:
