While we try to make our website work as smoothly as possible, occasionally a customer will have a problem.  The most common problem we see is that after items have been added to the shopping cart, when the customer goes to checkout, the cart is empty.  This is because some browsers generate a new 'session' when they go to a secure webpage, which eliminates the previous 'session', making the cart empty.  The easy solution to this is to use Internet Explorer as your browser.  We have tried many fixes for this, but have been unable to come up with a fix that works 100% of the time.
